Overnight Ham-And-Cheese Bake

  1. Spread bread with butter.
  2. Place bread, buttered side down, in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  4. Place ham on top of cheese, then add mushrooms and chiles.
  5. Top with Jack cheese.
  6. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, paprika, basil, onion salt, pepper and dry mustard.
  7. Pour over ingredients in dish.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
