St. Patrick'S Day Cupcakes

  1. Grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups.
  2. In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, pudding mix, chocolate pieces, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a small bowl combine beaten eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
  4. Stir into flour mixture, just until combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Frost with cream cheese frosting, sprinkle with green sugar then milk chocolate pieces.
  9. Makes 18.
