Walking Taco Dip Or 7 Layer
- 2 cans bean dip
- 2 small cans chopped Ortega chilies
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 c. avocado dip
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 small cans sliced olives
- 3 large chopped tomatoes
- First, you will need a large tray, about the size of a cookie sheet.
- Spread bean dip evenly over the bottom of the tray with a spatula.
- Sprinkle Ortega chiles over the beans.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in separate bowl, then spread over chilies.
- You may use either store bought avocado dip or homemade. Spread it over the cream mixture.
- Remember, you want to keep this in layers, like a pizza.
- You should have four layers by now. Cover those layers with a thick layer of Cheddar cheese, covering all the mixture.
- Sprinkle onions, olives and tomatoes over the cheese and your dip is complete.
- Feeds 20 to 30 people.
