Italian Meatballs

  1. Beat egg.
  2. Add meat.
  3. Take 2 slices bread and cut the crust off.
  4. Tear the bread in little pieces and add to 1/2 cup milk just as it comes to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and beat the bread with a fork until it is smooth; let cool.
  6. Add the following to the ground meat:
  7. salt, onion, garlic and parsley.
  8. Now add the cooled bread and milk mixture.
  9. Mix with hands until well blended.
  10. Add a little oil.
  11. Make meatballs and fry until brown.
  12. Add to spaghetti sauce.
