Meatballs With Noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. wide egg noodles, uncooked
- Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and salt. Shape into 12 balls.
- Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet.
- Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside. Drain drippings and wipe skillet clean. Combine chicken soup and 1/2 cup milk in skillet. Add meatballs.
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles in a Dutch oven according to package directions. Drain and return to Dutch oven. Add meatball mixture, tossing well.
