Bett'S Cabbage Rolls From Germany

  1. Wilt cabbage and set aside.
  2. Fry bacon with chopped onion until brown and set aside.
  3. In blender, add carrots, pepper and celery sticks. Add mushroom soup after vegetables are chopped. Add chopped bacon and onion to hamburger.
  4. Add mushroom soup and vegetable mixture. Add bread crumbs or rice.
  5. Make cabbage rolls and layer in roaster pan.
  6. Mix V-8 juice and tomato paste.
  7. Pour over rolls. Cook, covered.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Makes 35 to 45 rolls.
