Beef Paprika

  1. Add meat, onion and garlic to skillet sprayed with Pam. Cook and
  2. stir
  3. until meat is brown and onion is tender.
  4. Stir in catsup,
  5. Worcestershire
  6. sauce,
  7. sugar,
  8. paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 cups water.
  9. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes. Blend flour and
  10. 1/4
  11. cup
  12. water;
  13. stir
  14. gradually
  15. into meat mixture.
  16. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  17. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  18. Serve over rice (or noodles).
