Spinach Dip
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. onion
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. chopped fresh spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. Land O Lakes light sour cream
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese*
- 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients, except tortillas.
- On each flour tortilla, spread about 1/2 cup spinach mixture.
- Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
