Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Combine lemon juice and milk; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Combine butter, oil and sugar in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Add milk mixture, eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; add to egg mixture, mixing well.
  5. Stir in zucchini.
  6. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over batter.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool; cut into squares.
