Beef Goulash - Low Sodium

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef with mushrooms, onion, peppers and garlic.
  4. Pour off fat.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  7. Add cooked macaroni.
  8. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve.
