Mexican Coffee Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter or coat a 8 x 8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray .
  2. Whisk wet ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients all at once and stir to combine.
  4. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares.
