Light Brownie Pudding

  1. Sift together first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add milk, salad oil and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add chopped nuts and pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  4. (A nonstick pan or one coated with nonstick cooking spray may be used.)
  5. Mix together brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
  6. Pour hot water over entire batter.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 approximately 45 minutes.
  8. Yield:
  9. 6 to 8 servings.
