Stir-Fry Sausage With Boiled Rice
- 2 c. rice
- full length Pepperidge Farm sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tomato, sliced in 1/6 pieces
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. diced green and red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Adobo seasoning
- Boil 2 cups of rice separately.
- In a separate pan on medium heat, place sliced sausages.
- After removing sausage, let sit in a bowl.
- Then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add Adobo seasonings, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to oil.
- Stir spices together.
- Add the onions, green peppers and tomato slices. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add 6 ounces tomato sauce; if desired more sauce.
