Homesteader'S Beef Roll-Ups
- 1 doz. frozen dinner rolls
- 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- Let rolls rise according to package directions.
- Brown meat and onion; drain.
- Add all other ingredients except cheese. Flatten rolls to 5-inch circle.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of dough. Add meat mixture to each circle.
- Pinch together edges of dough, completely closing it around filling.
- Bake, seam side down, in greased muffin pans until golden brown at 375u0b0, about 15 minutes.
