A Feed The Crowd Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 12 oz. can golden whole corn, drained
- 3 c. medium noodles, cooked (may use eggless noodles)
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped pimientos
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
- Brown meat.
- Add onion and
- cook
- until tender, but not brown. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimientos and seasonings. Mix well. Stir
- in cooked noodles.
- Pour into 2-quart greased casserole. Sprinkle crumbs
- over
- top.
- Bake
- 30
- minutes
- or until hot in 350u0b0 oven.takes 8 to 10 servings.
