Yakisoba Stir Fry
- 24 ounces yakisoba noodles
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 sweet sweet onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 4 tablespoons pickled ginger
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 8 ounces sugar snap peas
- 8 ounces carrots, sliced
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 8 ounces broccoli
- 8 ounces green beans
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- white and black sesame seed
- pan fry noodles in sesame ginger sauce.and remove from pan.
- stir fry vegetables in rice bran oil on high heat.
- add :
- carrots.
- onions.
- peppers.
- broccoli.
- zucchini.
- sugar peas.
- pickled ginger.
- mushrooms.
- fresh pineapple.
- macadamia nuts.
- glaze vegetables with teriyaki and sweet chili sauce.
- serve over pan fried noodles/or organic wild rice medley.
- top with black and white sesame seeds.
