Tuna Noodle Pie

  1. Combine noodles, Parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings; mix well.
  2. In greased 9-inch pie plate, layer half of noodle mixture and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes. Saute onion in margarine.
  5. Blend in flour.
  6. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. Add vegetables, tuna and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut pie in wedges and serve with sauce.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
