Shrimp And Broccoli Over Linguini

  1. Buy shrimp precooked at supermarket or fish market.
  2. Place broccoli in 1 inch boiling water for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Cook linguini according to package directions.
  5. Drain and toss with 1/4 cup butter.
  6. In a large skillet, melt remaining butter and saute garlic for 2 minutes.
  7. Add cooked shrimp and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Add broccoli.
  9. Stir in pasta, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Toss lightly to coat evenly.
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. Bon appetite!
