Wayne'S Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 lb. or so hamburger
- 1 small to medium onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- mushrooms (we use fresh; use all you want)
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 shakes pepper flakes
- 1/2 doz. shakes dehydrated garlic
- 1/16 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce (more or less to suit taste; what do I know?)
- spaghetti, boiled
- Fry hamburger with onion and pepper.
- Drain the darn oil off after it's cooked.
- Meanwhile, clean and slice mushrooms.
- Boil in salted water.
- Drain mushrooms, leaving 1/3 cup water.
- Put in hamburger mixture, plus tomato paste and sauce.
- Then add seasonings.
- Let simmer awhile while you boil your spaghetti.
