Fried Catfish With Catfish Seasoning

  1. Cut catfish in pieces, 2 x 1-inch.
  2. In first pan, put 1 cup flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning mix.
  3. In 2nd pan, combine milk, eggs and brown mustard.
  4. In third pan, combine 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon seasoning mix with 1 1/2 cups flour and cornmeal.
