Lima Bean-Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cook broccoli and lima beans in a large pan according to package directions.
  2. (I use less water than called for on the package.)
  3. While the frozen food is cooking, combine onion soup mix, sour cream, water chestnuts and mushroom soup in a casserole dish or large mixing bowl.
  4. Drain the lima beans and broccoli. Pour into the sour cream mixture and fold together.
  5. Melt the margarine in a large pan.
  6. To the melted casserole add the Rice Krispies and stir to coat.
  7. Spread on top of the casserole.
  8. Can be frozen at this point or bake at 350u0b0, uncovered, until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
