Slow Cooked Lemon Chicken Breasts

  1. Rinse Chicken and pat dry.
  2. Combine Oregano, Seasoned Salt and Pepper.
  3. Rub over Chicken.
  4. In a skillet, brown Chicken in Butter; transfer to a slow cooker.
  5. Add Water, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Bouillon to skillet, bring to a boil to loosen browned bits.
  6. Pour over Chicken in slow cooker.
  7. Add Parsley, cover and cook for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Juice may be thickened if desired and poured over Chicken and Noodles.
  9. Yields:
  10. 6 servings.
