Caramel Corn

  1. Pop

  4. out seeds and set aside.
  5. Put butter, brown sugar,

  7. syrup and salt into saucepan until butter melts. Bring

  11. boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
  12. on medium heat.
  13. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking
  14. soda; stir
  15. well.

  17. willtoam in pan, so use large enough pan. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts in large roasting
  18. pan;tix well.
  19. Bake
  20. at 250u0b0 for 1 hour, stirring every

  22. minutes. Remove

  24. dry.
  25. Cool
  26. on wax paper and store in a tin.
