Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. In a large pot add onion, carrots, and potatoes. Cover with water and cook until almost done. While this is cooking, brown ground chuck until pink is gone. Drain and rinse with warm water. Add remaining ingredient to pot and season with salt and black pepper. Add water if needed for right consistency. Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.
