Spanish Rice Casserole For 100!
- 10 lb. chopped meat
- 5 onions, chopped
- 4 large green peppers, chopped
- 5 (18 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 5 (18 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 1 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
- 8 c. rice
- Brown meat.
- When meat is half done,
- add
- onion,
- onion powder, salt and green pepper.
- When the meat
- is
- light brown, add
- the remaining ingredients and cook for
- 30
- minutes.
- Stir continuously.
- Wash rice, cook for 15 minutes.
- Rinse
- andtdd to cooked ingredients.
- Put in 18 x 24 x
- 2-inch
- pantnd
- add shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375u0b0.
