Hunt'S Tomato Spice Cake

• 3 c. flour
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp. cloves
• 3/4 tsp. allspice
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 8 oz. Hunt's tomato sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 3/4 c. vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 c. golden raisins
• 1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice
• 1 c. chopped nuts

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
2. Add tomato sauce, baking soda, eggs, oil, nuts, raisins and fruit juice.
3. Mix well, then pour into a greased Bundt pan.
4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
5. Cool 15 minutes before turning out on serving plate.
6. Dust with powdered sugar.
