Beef King Ranch Casserole

  1. Add oil to large heated skillet and saute onions, peppers and jalapeno.
  2. Mix in all spices and cook until onion is translucent. Add milk, Ro-Tel and broth; bring to a simmer.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in beef and cheese.
  4. Cut tortillas into quarters and place half into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Top with half of the beef mixture.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with beef mixture.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  8. Serves 8.
