Blueberry Crumble Cake

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Grease one 8x8 square cake pan.
  3. Cream together 3/4 cup sugar, shortening and egg.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Stir it into the sugar mixture with the milk. Stir in the blueberries, then pour it all into the pan.
  5. For the topping : Combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter (or margarine). Sprinkle it over the cake batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
