Microwave Red, White And Blue Cake

  1. Prepare cake according to instructions using only egg whites and water.
  2. Pour mixture into microwave-safe Bundt pan, lightly oiled.
  3. Microwave cake on High 4 minutes.
  4. Turn cake.
  5. Microwave on Medium-high 8 to 10 minutes until cake begins to pull away from pan.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Invert onto cake plate and cool.
  8. Cut cooled cake in half.
  9. Spoon cherry filing on bottom layer.
  10. Add 1/2 of whipped topping on top of cherry filling.
  11. Place top layer of cake on and spoon blueberry pie filling over top layer.
  12. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and whole cherries.
