Cream Of Broccoli Soup

  1. Mix broth and soup in large pan and bring to a boil. Add steamed broccoli and reduce heat. Simmer, covered for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in pan and add chopped onion, saute until tender.
  3. Add flour to butter & onions.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually stir in milk with onion and flour mixture.
  5. Cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper, mix well. Stir milk mixture into broccoli mixture.
  6. Add the 2 cheeses and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
