Steak Brasciole
- 1/4 c. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 7 oz. sirloin steak, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- olive oil to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oven at 350u0b0.
- In medium bowl place first 8 ingredients and mix well.
- Put filling in pounded meat at the widest end of steak.
- Roll meat so that seam is underneath.
- Place on greased baking dish and spread a little olive oil over the meat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite brown gravy.
- Delicious!
