Mouth Watering Chili

  1. Soak beans overnight; rinse.
  2. In a large pot, add enough water to cover beans by at least 2-inches. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium.
  3. Add browned ground beef, drained, and next 10 ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer slowly for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more hot water as needed, 1 cup at a time. Slowly add 1 cup of cool water to cornstarch. Add to simmering beans, 1/2 cup at a time, until thickened to preference.
  5. Freeze leftover chili for a quick meal another night.
