Peanut Butter Candy Cake

  1. Scald the milk.
  2. Mix with 2 teaspoons butter.
  3. Let cool.
  4. In a large bowl beat 4 eggs.
  5. Add the sugar and vanilla.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking powder.
  7. Add the flour mixture to the large bowl.
  8. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Add the milk.
  10. (Makes a thin batter.)
  11. Grease and flour a jellyroll pan.
  12. Pour in batter and bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  13. Spread peanut butter on hot cake.
  14. Chill at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  15. Melt 2 Hershey bars and spread on cold cake.
  16. Refrigerate to harden chocolate. When you want to cut the cake, let stand out for 20 to 30 minutes, or the chocolate will crack.
