Ever-So-Easy Fruitcake

  1. Preheat
  2. oven
  3. to 300u0b0.
  4. Grease a 9-inch tube pan, line with wax paper and grease again (or use generously greased and floured 10-inch

  8. Sift together flour and baking soda, set aside.
  9. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients;
  10. blend in
  11. dry
  12. ingredients.
  13. Pour

  15. prepared pan. Bake 1
  16. hour
  17. and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes
  18. out clean.
  19. Cool
  20. 15 minutes.
  21. Turn out of pan, remove wax paper. Garnish, if desired.
