Chicken Gumbo

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion, celery and green pepper until tender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in rice.
  5. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  6. Makes approximately 6 (1 cup) servings.
