Ground Turkey & Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown turkey in a large saucepan; drain.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery.
  3. Saute about 5 minutes Add tomato juice, beans, broth diced tomatoes and spices.
  4. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
  5. Simmer covered 45 minutes to 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer another 5 minutes.
  7. Put in bowls.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Serves 6.
