Boursin Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Line 9-inch pie tin with pastry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Swiss, green onions, olives, mushrooms and tomato. Toss to combine.
  4. Add flour and toss to coat.
  5. Transfer cheese mixture to pastry.
  6. In a small bowl, combine eggs and half and half.
  7. Beat with a fork to mix.
  8. Add Boursin, which has been crumbled, and beat ingredients together with a whisk until well blended.
  9. Bake quiche in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden and knife inserted comes out clean.
  10. Let cool slightly before cutting.
  11. Can also bake in 3-inch tart shells.
