Soy Falafel

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Press and mash the tofu.
  3. Mix with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake on oiled baking sheet for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and crusty on the outside.
  5. These make a great sandwich served with sliced fresh tomato in pita pockets with a sauce made of plain yogurt and fresh dill.
  6. (Not a children's favorite!)
