Crab Gumbo(From Maryland Seafood Marketing Authority)

  1. Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.
  2. In 4 to 5-quart pot, cook onion, celery and garlic in margarine or butter until tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, okra and seasonings.
  4. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Add crabmeat and heat through.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
  7. Serves 6.
