Peanut Chocolate Dessert

• 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
• 1 c. flour
• 2/3 c. finely chopped nuts (dry roasted peanuts)
• 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 12 oz. Cool Whip
• 3 3/4 oz. vanilla instant pudding
• 4 1/2 oz. chocolate instant pudding
• 2 3/4 c. milk
• Hershey chocolate bar, shaved

1. Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir peanuts into flour mixture.
2. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
4. Cool completely.
5. Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar.
6. Spread over crust and chill.
7. Combine puddings and milk, beating 2 minutes at medium speed.
8. Spread over cream cheese layer.
9. Spread Cool Whip over pudding.
10. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate bar and chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
