Sultani Chops

  1. Wash and flatten chops.
  2. Mix onion-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, vinegar, yoghurt, salt and pepper.
  3. Add chops to the mixture and rub well on both sides.
  4. Set aside for 3 hours.
  5. Beat egg whites lightly.
  6. Drain each chop.
  7. Dip each piece in the beaten egg white.
  8. Coat with bread crumbs.
  9. Heat oil in a shallow pan.
  10. Fry until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
