Chili(Sam'S)
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. hamburger meat (ground chuck)
- 2 qt. tomatoes, crushed
- 2 (15 oz.) cans light red kidney beans
- 1 chili block
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 large onions
- 1 1/2 large bell peppers
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- pinch of red cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. game seasoning
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour (Carls)
- 1/2 c. onion bits
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- Brown hamburger meat with small amount of seasonings.
- Add onion bits; cook until done.
- Set aside.
- Saute onions and bell peppers in oil; drain.
- Add to hamburger meat.
- Add tomatoes, kidney beans, chili block and seasonings.
- Stir.
- Cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
- Makes 1 gallon.
