Grilled Reuben Sandwich

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, catsup, horseradish, parsley and pepper.
  2. Spread this sauce on bread.
  3. Layer the corned beef and sauerkraut on 4 slices of the bread and top with the cheese. Cover with the remaining bread and spread with 1 tablespoon of the butter.
  4. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add sandwiches, unbuttered side down, and fry until golden, about 5 minutes on each side. Turn and brown the other side.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
