Beef Bourguignonne

  1. In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients except beef, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir to dissolve tomato paste and flour.
  3. Microwave on High for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring every 2 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  5. Microwave on High 1 minute until heated through.
  6. Serves 2. Contains 269 calories, 8 gm fat and 532 mg sodium.
