One Step Spinach Lasagna

  1. Thaw and drain spinach.
  2. In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, lay 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/2 cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining noodles, then sauce and Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour 1 cup water around the edges.
  7. Cover tightly with foil.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes.
  10. (Also you can take off foil for the last 15 minutes to brown.)
  11. Can be made ahead and frozen.
