Peanut Butter Cookies(Sugar-Free)

  1. In mixing bowl, beat together mashed banana, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and butter until creamy.
  2. Add flour, baking powder and nutmeg.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Stir in chopped peanuts.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on lightly oiled cookie sheets.
  6. Press each cookie with back of a fork and again in opposite direction.
  7. (Wet fork with cold water occasionally to avoid sticking.)
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool on wire racks. Makes 2 to 3 dozen light, soft cookies.
