Corn And Shrimp Chowder

  1. Fry pork until crisp.
  2. Remove from grease and pour off all but 3 tablespoons.
  3. Add next 5 ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Blend in flour.
  5. Add water and potatoes.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Add corn, milk and shrimp.
  8. Heat well, but do not boil as milk will curdle.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Add pork.
