Fried Rice With Chicken

  1. Cook rice according to directions on package.
  2. Mix the soy sauce and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Place chicken in a medium bowl and add 1 tablespoon to chicken.
  4. Mix well to marinate.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  6. Add eggs; stir to cook until done.
  7. Make sure eggs are separated.
  8. Remove and put on a plate.
  9. Set aside.
  10. Add remaining oil to wok or skillet.
  11. Add chicken; stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove; put on plate and set aside.
  12. Cook onions, carrots and peas in wok or skillet; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  13. Leave in wok or skillet.
