Vegetarian Macaroni

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 8-inch baking dish with PAM.
  3. Layer macaroni in dish.
  4. Spread cottage cheese over macaroni. Sprinkle on spices.
  5. Then layer vegetables.
  6. Add Mozzarella evenly over vegetables.
  7. Pour chicken broth over entire mixture.
  8. Spread on tomato paste.
  9. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil.
  11. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
