Mexican Bean Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, eggs, salt and pepper.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls (coat with flour).
  4. In a large skillet, over moderately high heat, heat oil and brown pepper and onion slightly.
  5. Remove with slotted spoon.
  6. In same skillet, brown floured meat balls.
  7. Drain off excess fat.
